Privacy notice

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This notice explains, in plain words, what we collect when you join the Ready in Japan waitlist, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

Ready in Japan is operated by ARCHECO Inc. (株式会社ARCHECO). For any question about your information, email contact@archeco.co.jp.

What we collect

When you fill in the waitlist form on one of our sign-up pages, we collect:

We also save some details about how you reached the page: the campaign values in the link you followed (known as UTM values: source, medium, campaign, content and term), which version of the page you saw, and the page address.

Why we use it

Meta Pixel

Our sign-up pages can use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. It is loaded only if you click “Accept” on the banner. If you click “Decline”, it is not loaded, and the waitlist form still works. You can change your choice at any time with “Ad measurement settings” at the bottom of the sign-up page.

When it is loaded, the Pixel tells Meta that you visited the page, and whether you joined the waitlist or pressed “I want to reserve”.

Meta may use this information under its own privacy policy. We use it only to measure and improve our ads.

Where it is stored

Form answers are stored in Supabase. Storage region: Tokyo, Japan (Supabase, AWS ap-northeast-1).

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist answers until 90 days after this test ends, then delete them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the UK), you may have the right to:
